Delta, CO (April 13, 2021) – Delta Health will be transitioning its COVID-19 vaccine clinic location from the hospital to three of its primary care clinic locations starting late April. The vaccine clinics will now be held at Delta Health Internal Medicine, Delta Health Family Medicine and Delta Health West Elk Hotchkiss.
Delta Health will be completing two large Pfizer second-dose vaccine clinics on April 23 and April 30 in the Delta Health Oncology building located at 100 Stafford Lane in Delta.
Those signing up do not have to be Delta Health patients to receive the vaccine. Anyone can make a vaccine appointment at one of the three primary clinic locations. The vaccine clinics will be appointment only; no walk-ins. To make an appointment online, visit deltahealthco.org/covid-19-vaccine/.
Delta Health Internal Medicine will be hosting its vaccine clinics on Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Those signing up can make an appointment at Internal Medicine online or by calling Stacey Jensen at 970.874.7668. The Internal Medicine Clinic is located at 1450 Burgess Street in Delta.
Delta Health Family Medicine will be hosting its vaccine clinics on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Those signing up can make an appointment online or by calling the front desk at 970.874.5777. The Delta Family Medicine Clinic is located at 555 Meeker Street in Delta.
Delta Health West Elk Hotchkiss will be hosting its vaccine clinics on Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Those signing up can make an appointment at West Elk Hotchkiss online or by calling Rita Long at 970.872.1400. The West Elk Hotchkiss Clinic is located at 230 East Hotchkiss Avenue in Hotchkiss.
The days and times for vaccine appointments are subject to change depending on staffing and availability.
